- Yeh yojana khastaur par UP ke seemant (marginalized) aadiwasi/janjatiya samudayon ke liye hai jo jungle kinare rehte hain.
- Aavedak ko block office (BDO) ya Revenue Inspector (Lekhpal) ke paas offline aavedan dena hota hai.
- Form ke sath apna Jati praman patra (Caste Certificate) aur Aadhar attach karein.
- Zila prashasan (District Administration) un gaon ka survey karke list taiyar karta hai jinhe 'Revenue Village' ka darja diya gaya hai.
- List me naam aane par, ₹1.30 Lakh ki rashi seedhe account me ghar (Pucca House) banane ke liye aati hai.
- Iske alawa, in gaon me muft bijli connection, solar light, shauchalaya (toilet), aur ration card bhi ek muham chala kar (camp lagakar) banwaye jate hain.
