How to Apply
- UP Agriculture portal ya SSPY portal par kisan pension yojana ka form uplabdh hai.
- Aavedak ki umar 60 saal ya usse adhik honi chahiye aur wo BPL parivar se hona chahiye.
- Uske paas 2 hectare ya usse kam jameen honi chahiye (Small/Marginal Farmer).
- Form online bhar kar Khatauni aur Bank details upload karein.
- Form ka printout apne Lekhpal ya Block office (BDO) me jama karein.
- Lekhpal verify karega ki aavedak kisi aur pension (Old age/Widow pension) ka labh toh nahi le raha hai.
- Approve hone par kisan ko aarthik sahayata ke roop me pratimah ₹1,000 bank khate me bheje jayenge.
