How to Apply
- UP SSPY portal (sspy-up.gov.in) open karein.
- 'Divyang Pension' (दिव्यांग एवं कुष्ठावस्था पेंशन) par click karein.
- 'Apply Online' par click karke form me basic details bharein.
- Apna UDID card number ya Disability Certificate number enter karein (Disability 40% ya usse adhik honi chahiye).
- Apna Income certificate verify karein aur Aadhar upload karein.
- Form submit karein. Iska printout nikal kar SDM ya Block office me dena pad sakta hai (agar online Aadhar e-KYC na hua ho).
- Verification ke baad, DPO dwara approve hone par ₹1,000 har mahine divyang ke bank khate me bheje jayenge. Kusht rog (Leprosy) ke marijo ko ₹3,000 pratimah milta hai.
