How to Apply
- Apne zile ke Buniyad Kendra (Social Welfare Dept) me jayein ya sarkar dwara lagaye gaye Divyang Kalyan Camp ka pata lagayein.
- Camp ya kendra par apna UDID card ya disability certificate lekar registration karwayein.
- Wahan maujud doctor aur ALIMCO (Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation) ke experts aapki physical condition ka aaklan (assessment) karenge.
- Doctor decide karega ki aapko kis upkaran ki zaroorat hai (jaise: Try-cycle, Wheelchair, Hearing Aid, ya Artificial Limb/Jaipur Foot).
- Agar artificial limb ki zaroorat hai, toh wahan aapke ang ka naap (measurement) liya jayega.
- Kuch hafton baad, doosre camp me ya Buniyad kendra se aapko aapka upkaran bilkul muft (free of cost) distribute kar diya jayega.
