- UP ke un gaon me jahan ka ground water (bhujal) contaminated hai (Jaise: Arsenic, Fluoride ya Iron ki matra zyada hai), wahan panchayat star par RO plant lagaye jate hain.
- Gram Pradhan ko Gram Sabha ki meeting me ek prastav paas karna hota hai.
- Prastav DPRO (District Panchayat Raj Officer) ko bheja jata hai, jisme pani ki test report (Jal Nigam dwara) attach ki jati hai.
- DPRO aur Jal Nigam approve karte hain.
- State Finance Commission ya Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) ke funds ka use karke gaon me ek community RO Water ATM ya Mini RO plant sthapit kiya jata hai.
- RO plant ki lagat (₹5 Lakh se ₹10 Lakh) sarkar deti hai.
- Gaon ke log ek smart card ya sikka (coin) daal kar 10-20 litre shuddh peene ka pani bahut hi kam kimat (₹1-₹5) me prapt kar sakte hain.
