How to Apply
- Agar kisi kisan ya uske parivar ke sadasya ki khet me kaam karte waqt durghatna me maut ho jati hai ya vo divyang ho jata hai, toh uske dependent ko 45 din ke andar aavedan karna hota hai.
- Aavedan apne zile ke DM (District Magistrate) ya SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate) office me diya jata hai.
- Ek plain paper par application likh kar Khatauni (jameen ke kagaz), FIR ki copy, Postmortem report, aur Death certificate lagayein.
- Lekhpal aur Kanoongo gaon me aakar ghatna ki janch (verification) karte hain aur apni report SDM ko dete hain.
- Report DM office me DM ki adhyakshta wali committee ke samne rakhi jati hai.
- Approval milte hi, maut ya 100% disability hone par ₹5 Lakh, aur partial disability hone par injury ke hisab se paisa direct aashrit ke account me RTGS se bhej diya jata hai.
