- e-Kalyan portal (edudbt.bih.nic.in) par visit karein.
- Apni qualification ke hisaab se link select karein (Graduation ya Inter pass).
- 'Student Registration' par click karein aur Registration No. aur Total Marks daal kar verify karein.
- Apna bank account details (jo Aadhar se seeded ho) update karein.
- Aadhar card aur marksheet scan karke upload karein.
- Final submit karne se pahle 'Draft' check karein, phir application permanently lock kar dein.
- Application ka printout nikal kar future reference ke liye rakh lein.
