- Agar pipeline aapke ghar ke paas se guzar rahi hai, toh contractor/plumber muft me aapke ghar connection lagayega.
- Connection lene ke baad, maintenance ke liye prativarsh/pratimah ek choti si fee (lagbhag ₹30/month) ward committee ko deni hoti hai.
- Agar pani nahi aa raha ya pipe tut gaya hai, toh aap PRD (Panchayati Raj Dept) Bihar ke toll-free number ya portal par complaint darj kara sakte hain.
