How to Apply
- Yeh yojana PM Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) ke saath judkar kaam karti hai, jisme UP sarkar apna premium share add karti hai.
- Agar kisan ne KCC (Kisan Credit Card) loan liya hai, toh bank fasal ka premium apne aap kaat leta hai (Opt-out ka option hota hai).
- Non-loanee kisan pmfby.gov.in par ya nearest CSC center par jakar online form bhar sakte hain.
- Khasra, Bank passbook aur Lekhpal dwara jaari fasal bone ka praman patra (Sowing certificate) upload karein.
- Kharif fasal ke liye premium sirf 2%, Rabi ke liye 1.5% aur Commercial fasal ke liye 5% dena hota hai.
- Baadh (Flood), Sookha (Drought) ya Olabrishti (Hailstorm) se fasal barbad hone par 72 ghante ke andar toll-free number ya Krishi Vibhag ko suchit karein.
- Survey ke baad claim amount seedhe bank khate me bhej diya jayega.
