How to Apply
- Yeh scheme shari kshetron (Urban areas) me jinke paas plot/jameen hai lekin pakka ghar banane ke paise nahi hai, unke liye hai.
- SUDA (State Urban Development Agency) ke portal (pmaymis.gov.in) par visit karein ya apne Nagar Nigam/Nagar Palika office jayein.
- 'Beneficiary Led Construction' (BLC) category me online apply karein.
- Form me parivar ki details, current kachha ghar ka photo aur jameen ke papers (khatauni/registry) upload karein.
- SUDA ke engineer aapki jameen ka geo-tagging aur verification karenge.
- Approval milne par, ghar banane ke liye total ₹2.5 Lakh ki rashi (₹1.5 Lakh Kendra sarkar + ₹1 Lakh UP sarkar) bank account me 3 kiston (Foundation, Lintel, Roof) me aayegi.
