- Yeh yojana har ravivar (Sunday) ko gaon aur kasbon ke Primary Health Centers (PHC) par lagne wale muft swasthya mela ke liye hai.
- Aavedak ko koi online form nahi bharna hota.
- Har ravivar subah 10 baje se dopehar 2 baje ke beech apne nazdiki PHC jayein.
- Wahan maujud registration counter par apna naam aur umar likhwayein.
- Specialist doctors (Physician, Gynecologist, Pediatrician) muft me checkup karenge.
- Muft medicines (dawaiyan) mela me hi di jayengi.
- Agar Ayushman Golden Card nahi bana hai, to mela me maujud CSC (Common Service Center) operator se turant muft me banwa sakte hain.
