- Form me jameen ka vivran (LPC), apna aadhar aur bank account details bharein.
- Agar reserve category (SC/ST/OBC) se hain toh caste certificate upload karein taaki 75% tak subsidy mil sake (General ko 50% milti hai).
- Final submit ke baad printout nikal kar zila gavya vikas padadhikari (District Dairy Development Officer) ko dikhayein.
