- Yeh yojana un Bihari mazdooron ke parivaron ke liye hai jinki kisi dusre rajya (state) ya desh me kaam karne ke dauran durghatna me maut ho jati hai.
- Maut ke 6 mahine ke bhitar aavedan karna hota hai.
- Dependent (Patni/Mata-Pita) ko apne zile ke Labour Superintendent (Shram Adhikari) ke office jana hoga.
- Form bharein aur mritak ka Death Certificate, postmortem report aur FIR ki copy lagayein.
- Mritak ki age 18 se 65 saal ke beech honi chahiye.
- DDC (Deputy Development Commissioner) level par paper verify honge.
- Verification ke baad aashrit (dependent) ke bank account me ₹1,00,000 (Ek Lakh Rupaye) ka anudan bhej diya jata hai.
