How to Apply
- Apne block ke nazdiki Pashu Chikitsalaya (Veterinary Hospital) me pashu chikitsak (Vet Doctor) se sampark karein.
- Doctor aapki gaay ya bhains ka health checkup karega.
- Swasthya sahi paye jane par, doctor pashu ke kaan me ek Unique Ear Tag (chhalla) lagayega.
- Tag ke sath animal ki photo khinchi jayegi aur insurance form bhara jayega.
- Aavedak ko sirf premium ka ek chhota hissa (approx 25-50% category ke hisab se) jama karna hota hai, baaki subsidy sarkar bima company ko deti hai.
- Premium jama hone ke baad aapko Policy Document mil jayega.
- Agar bimari ya accident se pashu ki maut hoti hai, toh postmortem report aur Ear Tag jama karne par claim amount kisan ko mil jata hai.
