- Hospital ki discharge receipt aur bacche ka janm praman patra (birth certificate) upload karein.
- Agar patni registered shramik hai toh use 90 din ka minimum wage (lagbhag ₹30,000+), aur agar pati registered hai toh uski patni ko ₹6000 milte hain.
- Form submit karne ke baad Labour Inspector (LEO) document verify karega aur payment seedhe aacount me aayegi.
